This website, loopworks.in, is operated by Loopworks ("Loopworks", "we", "us"). For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at automationssupport@loopworks.in.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, and message.
- Usage data. When you browse the site, we collect information about your visit through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location (country or city), device, and browser type.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange calls or audits you request.
- To send you information about our services that you have asked for.
- To understand how the site is used and improve its content and performance.
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and measure usage. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Our contact form is provided by Tally, which may set cookies needed for the form to work.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as far as they need it. These include Vercel (website hosting), Tally (contact form), Google (analytics and email), and the CRM and productivity tools we use to manage enquiries. Some of these providers may store data outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them unless we have to keep them longer by law. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our analytics account.
7. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, withdraw any consent you have given, or raise a grievance. Email automationssupport@loopworks.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
